This Privacy Policy explains how NexusFlow Services LLP (“NexusFlow”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a Limited Liability Partnership registered in Kerala, India, collects, uses, stores, shares and protects your personal information when you use our website at nexusflowservices.com and our overseas recruitment and MBBS admission services (together, the “Service”). By signing in to and using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

NexusFlow Services LLP operates an overseas recruitment and MBBS admission portal that connects candidates and students in India with employers and universities abroad, including in Russia, Israel, Vietnam and Uzbekistan. 2. Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to provide our services:

Information you give us when you sign in

• Google account details. Sign-in is through Google. When you sign in we receive your name, email address and profile picture from your Google account. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Information you add to your profile or application

• Profile and application details such as your date of birth, gender, contact number, address, preferred trades or courses, preferred countries, education and work experience.
• Documents you choose to upload, such as your photograph, CV/resume, Aadhaar card, SSLC book, academic transcripts and mark sheets, education and skill certificates, experience certificates and passport pages, as relevant to recruitment or MBBS admission.
• For employers: your company name, contact details and the job posts you create.

Information we collect automatically

• Basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to keep the Service secure and working. A session cookie keeps you signed in; we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and sign you in securely.
• To build your candidate or student profile and professional resume, and to let you apply to jobs or MBBS admissions.
• To process and support your overseas recruitment or university admission applications, including sharing required documents with the relevant employer or university on your behalf.
• To let approved employers review applicants to their own job posts, and to let our admin team operate the platform.
• To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
• To keep the Service secure, prevent misuse and comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data for advertising.

4. Who can see your information

• You. You can view and update your profile and documents at any time.
• Employers and universities you apply to. When you apply to a job or an MBBS admission, we share the profile, resume and documents required for that specific application with the relevant employer or university, with your consent.
• The NexusFlow admin team. Our admins can review candidate and student records and documents in order to process applications and help employers and universities. Every document download is recorded in an audit log.
• Service providers. We use trusted providers for hosting and file storage. They process data only to provide those services to us.
• Legal reasons. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and the Service.

5. How we store and protect your information

Your documents are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including encrypted session cookies and access controls that limit who can view documents. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide our recruitment and admission services. If you delete your account, we immediately and permanently delete your profile, uploaded files, applications and generated packs. For security and audit purposes we retain only limited log records (such as an internal account identifier), which do not include your documents.

7. Your choices and rights

• You can update or correct your profile information at any time.
• You can delete your account and all your documents from your account settings. This takes effect immediately.
• You can ask us about the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected].

8. Google user data

NexusFlow’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We request only your basic profile information (name, email address and profile picture) to create your account and sign you in. We do not use this data for advertising and we do not transfer it to others except as described in this policy.

9. Age requirement

The Service is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
